Youth Wellness Programs

At 108 Wellness, we believe that resilience starts from within. Our mission is to empower young individuals whether they’re budding athletes, students navigating stress, or kids learning emotional awareness to develop self-regulation, confidence, and a strong mind-body connection. Through yoga, mindfulness, and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), we provide tools that help children and teens manage stress, improve focus, and build the foundation for lifelong well-being.

Our youth programs are designed to support both students and student-athletes, offering movement and mindfulness practices that enhance physical strength, mental clarity, and emotional balance. Whether in schools, on the field, or in a private setting, our sessions meet young people where they are—helping them move, breathe, and thrive.
