Kids Mindfulness & SEL

At 108 Wellness, our Mindfulness and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) services are designed to foster resilience and emotional intelligence in kids while providing targeted education for parents and teachers. Our services currently include mindfulness prorgrams, yoga sessions, and soon, a digital library of video workshops, guided meditations, and printed worksheets.

For kids, these sessions focus on building resilience, managing stress, and developing essential emotional skills. Meanwhile, our workshop for parents and teachers are designed to better educate them on how to support children’s emotional and social growth. Parents and teachers will learn effective communication techniques, strategies for fostering a positive emotional environment, and methods to help children manage their emotions and stress. By equipping parents and teachers with these tools, we ensure a supportive network that promotes overall well-being and personal growth for children, creating a holistic approach to resilience and emotional intelligence.

Our Kids Yoga program at 108 Wellness is designed to help children develop resilience through fun and engaging yoga sessions. These classes not only improve physical fitness and flexibility but also teach kids essential mindfulness and relaxation techniques. By incorporating breathing exercises, fun yoga games, and relaxation methods, we empower children to manage stress, enhance focus, and build emotional strength. Our goal is to equip kids with the tools they need to navigate life's challenges with confidence and calmness, fostering a foundation of resilience from a young age.

Group Session (60 minutes): $8-12 per child

Monthly Yoga Program (4 weeks, 1 session per week): $840 (Great for Summer Camps and After Schools!)
