I know what it feels like to live in survival mode. To carry grief, questions of identity, toxic relationship patterns, and the quiet ache of disconnection.
I’ve lived through the pain of losing a parent to suicide, the silence of addiction, and the exhaustion of always being “the strong one.”

My healing began when I found yoga and for the first time, I felt safe in my body. From there, I built a life grounded in nervous system healing, emotional honesty, and spiritual alignment.

Today, I guide other women through that same transformation. I help women who have done the deep work in therapy but still feel stuck in their healing. Through a unique blend of somatic yoga practices and trauma-informed life coaching, I help you reconnect to your body, regulate your nervous system, and reignite your light.

My Mission:

I created 108 Wellness for women who are ready to go beyond awareness and into embodied healing. If you’re navigating life after trauma, still carrying emotional residue despite therapy, or craving a deeper connection to yourself this space is for you.
